WAFFLE MONKEY is an independently owned café and waffle house built on a passion for good quality coffee and tasty Belgian style waffles.
We currently have three locations – with our first in the popular surfing town of TAMARINDO, GUANACASTE on Costa Rica’s Northern Pacific Coast. We opened our second location on the Waterfront in GEORGE TOWN, GRAND CAYMAN in the Cayman Islands and in May 2023 we opened our third location in BONITA SPRINGS, FLORIDA
In May this year we opened a further two stores – one back in Costa Rica at laid back FLAMINGO BEACH, GUANACASTE and our second Florida location in the middle of Gallery Row, South Palm Avenue in sunny SARASOTA, FLORIDA
